NIC Fest 2011 [PHOTOS]

Literally thousands of Casper residents and visitors attended at least a part of the NIC Fest this weekend. After a few late afternoon thunderstorms rolled thru on Friday, the weather cleared leaving a beautiful evening to get the event underway. A great start to Saturday welcomed the biggest crowd of the weekend, unfortunately Mother Nature cut the event a little short Saturday evening. Then on Sunday another great start to the day encouraged folks to come out and enjoy. Here are a few images from the weekend.
