RIVERTON, Wyo. (AP) — Investigators say two men accused of killing a couple in Hudson last fall were invited to spend the night and then attacked them as they slept.

According to an arrest affidavit, Joseph Jude Jenkins of Arapaho and Laziur Hanway of Ethete allegedly stole jewelry, tools, silverware and money from Erik Likes' trailer after killing Likes and Elva Quiver.

According to the Associated Press, investigators allege the men returned to the trailer two days later and set fire to it to cover up the crime.

Hanway had previously worked for Likes, a stone mason.

Hanway's sister is accused of driving the two men to the trailer in Hudson, a small town between Riverton and Lander.
