A Casper man now admits that he was in possession of child porn.

Twenty-one year old Andrew Hibschweiler has pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of child pornography.

Investigators say in November 2012, a computer technician was working on Hibschweiler’s computer, when the files were discovered.

In an interview with police, Hibschweiler admitted to downloading and viewing the images, claiming he thought he had deleted all the files.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek no more than a three-to-five year prison sentence with a boot camp recommendation.

Hibschweiler is free on $2,500 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.
