The Natrona County Emergency Management Office is advising residents not to be too concerned, if they see a lot of unusual activity, coming from the Casper-Natrona County International Airport.

This Saturday (August 27th), there will be a full scale disaster exercise, from 7am to 1pm, at the airport and in the surrounding area.

The exercise is a federally required simulated aircraft accident, and will involve participation from various emergency management crews.

You can expect to see a large amount of smoke and an increased amount of emergency vehicle traffic, going in and out of the airport area.
