The Natrona County Predator Management Board has announced a $20 bounty on  Coyotes to be taken by county residents.

In an effort to help control the coyote population in Natrona County, the Predator Board with funding from Natrona County Livestock Producers has instituted the bounty to be paid to Natrona County residents for coyotes taken in Natrona County.

Representatives of the board will be on hand on three dates to gather information, gather sets of ears and to pay the bounty of $20 per set of ears.

The three dates include a November 17th collection that will take place at Sportsmans Warehouse at 4120 East 2nd street between 12 PM and 4 PM. The second collection will take place at Rocky Mountain Discount Sports at 1351 CY ave on December 15th from 12PM-4PM and the third collection back at Sportsmans January 12th from 12PM-4PM.

Again keep in mind that this is a bounty paid to Natrona County residents for coyotes taken in Natrona County so some proof of residency will be required in the form of a valid drivers license, a school ID or a hunters safety card. All participants will also be required point out on a map the general area of where the coyote was taken.
