Natrona County commissioners and the Wyoming Medical Center will meet in executive session  to discuss "commercial confidential data" at the WMC's board room at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from the commission's office.

The news release did not identify the meaning of "commercial confidential data."

Public entities may hold executive sessions, or meetings closed to the public, if they are discussing legal, property, personnel issues, national security.

Natrona County  owns the land and buildings, most of which are in the 1200 blocks of East Second and Third streets, that are leased by the non-profit Wyoming Medical Center Inc. The lease is overseen by the five-member Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, which also will attend the meeting.

The board of trustees is appointed by the county commission and has the responsibility to make sure the non-profit WMC is maintaining the value of the county's hospital assets.
