A judge has sentenced a Cheyenne man to three life prison terms without the possibility of parole, for the killings of two women and the wounding of another.

Laramie County District Judge Thomas Campbell imposed the sentence on Nathaniel Castellanos on Friday.

Before the sentence was announced, Castellanos told Campbell that he did not shoot and kill 21-year-old Corey Walker and 25-year-old Megan McIntosh at his Cheyenne home on Aug. 23, 2011.

He also said he did not shoot Amber McGuire, now 26, who survived.

Friday's hearing was the first time Castellanos spoke about the killings.

He did not testify in his trial.

A jury found him guilty last month of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.
