Motorcycle Accident Sends Casper Woman to Hospital

A motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon has sent a Casper woman to the hospital.

Just after 2PM on Saturday, a motorcyclists and his female passenger were riding behind a large SUV on Highway 257.

At Robertson road, the SUV driver, who was turning right, made a last minute decision to go left, changed lanes, and apparently did not see the bike.

There was a collision and both riders were thrown from the motorcycle. The female passenger was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital.

The Highway patrol continues to investigate.
