High pressure will control the weather across much of the state today.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions and near or slightly above normal temperatures statewide, with the exception of the western mountains.    Winds will also increase and become strong today across southeastern Wyoming.  Most locations will see gusts as high as 35 mph, but wind prone areas of I-25 (Colorado state line to Wheatland), I-80 (Nebraska state line to Rawlins), and US-85 (Colorado state line to LaGrange) could see gusts between 35 and 50 mph.  Daytime highs will stay in the 30's and 40's.  A weather system will approach western Wyoming on Saturday, which will create light snow showers.  There will also be a chance for moderate to heavy snow across the southern mountains on Saturday night, which will create hazardous driving conditions along I-80 (near Elk Mountain and the Summit) into Monday morning.  Elsewhere, expect partly to mostly sunny skies, cool and slightly above normal temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions.  High winds are expected across wind prone areas, with gusts as high as 60 mph.  A cold front and weather system will slide across the state on Sunday.  Snow showers will be possible across western Wyoming throughout the day and will then develop in central and eastern Wyoming by the evening and overnight hours.  Expect reduced visibility with slick, icy roads statewide on Sunday into Monday throughout I-25, I-80, and I-90.
