The upper-level weather system that has been settled over western portions of the nation will slowly move into western and northern Wyoming today.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, light to breezy winds, and isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms.  The best chance for precipitation will be in western parts of the state, but any storm that develops could produce hail, gusty winds, and brief periods of heavy rain.  Temperatures will also be warmer and closer to average statewide, with daytime highs in the 70's and 80's.  This weather system will continue to control the weather across northern portions of the state on Thursday and Friday, while a drier and more stable air-mass will build elsewhere.  For northern Wyoming, expect variable cloudiness with another chance for showers and thunderstorms during this time.  We will see plenty of sunshine and mainly dry weather conditions for the rest of the state on Thursday and Friday.  Temperatures will also remain warm and near average throughout the state.
