A northwesterly flow, which is favorable for creating fast-moving weather systems, will be settled over the state of Wyoming for the rest of today, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, light to breezy winds, and only a minimal chance for showers and thunderstorms during this time.  The best chance for precipitation will be over the mountains and higher elevations.  Temperatures will be a few degrees cooler today, but it will remain close to the average for this time of year.  Daytime highs will remain in the 60's and 70's, with some lower 80's across the eastern Plains.  We can then expect slightly warmer temperatures by Wednesday and Thursday.  Higher pressure will build over the region on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  This will keep skies mostly sunny and conditions mainly dry during this time.  Temperatures will also remain very mild to warm and near average.
