A ridge of high pressure remains settled over the area through the end of the work week.  Expect mostly sunny skies and mainly settled weather conditions on Wednesday, Thursday. and Friday.  Winds could be breezy at times, especially throughout central Wyoming, but no significant gusting is expected.  Temperatures will also be very mild and about 20 to 30 degrees above average during this time.  Daytime highs will remain in the 40's and 50's, with some 60's possible across the eastern plains.  A cold front and weather system will approach the region throughout the day on Saturday.  Expect increasing clouds, breezy to gusty winds, and cooler temperatures statewide.  Light snow will be possible during the day in western portions of the state and then continue to develop across central and eastern Wyoming on Saturday night.  Significantly colder temperatures and light snow or snow showers are expected for the end of the weekend.
