High pressure will begin to build over the state of Wyoming today and will remain settled overhead through the end of the work week.  Patchy fog will be possible across valleys and low-lying areas into the late morning hours and then expect developing sunshine throughout the state.  Conditions will also stay mainly quiet and settled today.  Temperatures will be warmer and closer to average statewide, with daytime highs in the 30's and some 40's.  There will be another chance for areas of patchy fog and reduced visibility tonight into Thursday morning, especially across I-80 (Utah state line to Rock Springs), WY-28 near South Pass, and US-85 near Torrington.  Otherwise, expect sunny to mostly sunny skies and mainly dry weather conditions again.  Temperatures will become even warmer and unseasonably mild.  Daytime highs will in the 30's and 40's with 50's possible across the eastern Plains.  Winds, however, will increase and become strong by the afternoon and evening hours.  Expect gusts between 35 and 50 mph at times.
