A quick moving cold front has left the state with cooler temperatures today.  Strong mainly west winds will continue throughout central and southern Wyoming with gusts up to 30 and 35 mph at times.  The strongest winds will be found along stretches of I-80.  It looks like the breezy to strong winds will be lasting through at least Wednesday.  These west, down slope winds, will lead to continued dry conditions in the central and eastern portions of the state.

The northwest will see a short break from the snow today, but more is on the way.  More Pacific moisture moves in on Tuesday and Wednesday leading to redeveloping snow showers in the west and in the western mountains.
