A Natrona County Post Office is back in business after emergency crews were called to investigate a suspicious package that forced its closure this morning (Thursday, October 6th).

At about 9:00 AM, Natrona County Emergency Management crews were called to the Mills Post Office.

Lieutenant Stew Anderson says there was a small package that seemed a little odd and postal employees called 9-1-1.

The powder turned out to be pharmaceutical propaganda.

Emergency crews determined that it was legal and allowed the package to be delivered to its recipient.

The post office re-opened at about noon.
