A MILLS MAN IS HEADING TO PRISON ON CHARGES STEMMING FROM A CASE IN WHICH PROSECUTORS SAY HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED A YOUNG GIRL. The Wyoming Legislature will concentrate on ironing out differences between the House and Senate versions of supplemental budget bill this week.
