High pressure will control the weather across much of the state today.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions, and breezy to gusty winds.  Temperatures will also be very mild and above normal statewide.  Daytime highs will remain in the 50's and 60's.   By tonight, a fast-moving weather system will slide across far western and northern portions of the state.  Brief rain showers could mix with snow at times across lower elevations in western and northern Wyoming.  Roads could also be wet in places across these areas.  Elsewhere, conditions stay mainly dry.   An upper-level weather system settled over western portions of the nation will funnel some moisture into Wyoming on Tuesday.  Expect slightly more cloud cover and a small chance for rain showers and possibly a few thunderstorms.   However, no major travel concerns are expected.  Temperatures will also be a few degrees cooler.  Even colder temperatures and a better chance for rain and snow showers arrive on Wednesday.
