A large ridge of high pressure will push further into Wyoming today.  As a result, winds will be strong and gusty, but temperatures will slowly increase.  After a blast of cold air last weekend and earlier this week, afternoon highs will rise to near average and above average ranges across central and southeast Wyoming.  Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, and winds gusting between 35 and 45 mph at times this afternoon.  Temperatures will stay rather warm through the rest of the work week.
