Michigan Charged In Fatal Accident North Of Casper-Morning Update [AUDIO]
One person has been charged in connection to a deadly vehicle crash north of Casper over the weekend. Wyoming Governor Matt Mead says he's still requiring state agencies to prepare for 8-percent budget cuts even though the latest state revenue projections show slight improvement.
