The general manager for a Casper television station will not get any jail time, for being involved in an alcohol related vehicle crash.

Mark Nalbone, who is listed as general manager for KGWC TV and consultant for KTWO television and KFNB television, was given a six-month suspended jail sentence and one year of unsupervised probation, after entering a no contest plea, to one charge of DUI alcohol.

Casper Police say in late October, officers were called to the Bryan Stock Trail, I-25 overpass, for a report of a 3-vehicle crash.

Investigators say Nalbone was involved in the crash and that he told them he had been drinking at a fundraiser earlier that evening.

Police say during the discussion with Nalbone, he smelled of alcohol, had glassy bloodshot eyes and a breathalyzer test later showed, that he had a blood alcohol level of 0.14.

As part of the plea agreement, he also had to pay a $400 fine, and $150 to the Crime Victim's Compensation Fund.
