A Casper man is accused of having sexual relations with an under-aged girl.

Marcus Jones has pleaded not guilty to two charges of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say through an interview with the victim, the sex acts happened twice in middle June.

The victim said it was consensual but later stated she wishes it never happened.

When interviewed by police, Jones admitted to what happened and stated he apologized to the family and that he knew what had happened was wrong.

Detectives received some Facebook messenger screen shots of a conversation, saying the sex acts took place once under some bleachers in a work truck and a second time in Jones' vehicle.

Jones is free on $50,000 bond awaiting trial and could face up to 20 years in prison on each charge if convicted.
