RAWLINS, Wyo. (AP) — Another person has been injured after an emergency at the Sinclair Oil Corp.'s refinery near Rawlins.

The Associated Press reported that a man was taken to the hospital after an alarm went off at the plant on Sunday.

Sinclair police chief Jeff Sanders responded to assist on the cal. He believes there was a fire at the plant but he didn't know what type.

A company spokesman didn't respond to phone calls and emails from the newspaper about the incident.

The Wyoming Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating two fires at the plant in May. Four workers were critically injured in a flash fire in a gas recovery unit. Two workers were hurt in another fire later that month.
