An Arizona man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault of a minor in Circuit Court in Casper Wednesday. K2 Radio's Daniel Sandoval reports:

George Everett Tamblyn, 33, faces two counts of 1st degree sexual assault of a minor, appearing before Circuit Court Judge Michael Huber.

The charges came to light Monday in an interview with a Casper Police detective. Tuesday, Tamblyn was asked to come into the police station to be questioned, which he did.

Tamblyn was given a lie detector test during questioning. After the interview, Tamblyn was arrested and taken to the Natrona County Detention Center.

At his initial appearance Wednesday, Tamblyn appeared shackled and in a dark blue jumpsuit. He said he was a student in Arizona and had been in Casper for a couple of weeks.

Judge Huber set bond at $7,500 cash or surety and ordered no contact with the victim if he gets out on bond. Tamblyn was still in custody as of Thursday morning.
