A Casper man is arrested for methamphetamine possession and child endangerment.

At about ten in the morning on Wednesday, Casper Police responded to a tip that methamphetamine was being used in close proximity of children.

Thirty-year-old Steven Schnepper is accused of smoking meth with a friend in a house where he had three kids living there full-time with another child that occasionally stayed there.

According to affidavit, the pipe used for smoking was kept in plain view and in easy reach of the children.

The children were at school at the time of the arrest and were able to be picked up by their mother.

Schnepper was transported to the Natrona County Detention Center with charges of possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment.
