High pressure will be the main weather feature across the state of Wyoming today.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, mainly dry weather conditions, and breezy to gusty winds statewide.  There could also be some lingering areas of patchy freezing fog across south-central and southeastern Wyoming early this morning, which will reduce visibility and also cause roadways to be slick and icy in spots.  Temperatures will be cool and below average for much of the state, with daytime highs in the 40's and 50's.  On Tuesday and Wednesday, a series of fast-moving weather systems will pass through the region.  This will create slightly more cloud cover and we also cannot rule out a few isolated showers and thunderstorms.  There will also be another chance for patchy freezing fog along I-80 (Cheyenne to Elk Mountain) on Tuesday morning.Temperatures will become warmer and closer to average during this time.
