Just recieved a note from my friend Kris Hool who is out on the race circuit.

Just thought I would drop you a line and let you know we got home from our first outing with the race car. We went to Florida and Georgia and had 4 races in 5 weeks. We won the first one in Bradenton, Florida beating the guy that finished second in the world from last year in the final and ran career best of 5.600 seconds @ 258 mph. Then went on to Gainesville, Florida for a divisional race where I got beat in the first round. We missed on the setup and had trouble getting down the track. Then on to Valdosta, Georgia for a divisional meet where we went to the final but I red lighted by .001 of a second but ran career best speed. We ran 5.61 @ 261 mph. Then we finished our adventure back at Gainesville, Florida for the Gator Nationals. We qualified 10th and raced the number 7 qualifier in the first round. I let my brother down again. We got beat on a hole shot which means we ran faster than the other car but he had a better reaction time than I. But again we ran career best time and speed. Ran 5.553 seconds @ 263 mph.

Kris joined us this morning.
