Several area prep athletes announced their next stop with their athletic careers with 2 of them signing with the University of Wyoming. Natrona's Brett Brenton will be joining the Cowboy football program as a preferred walk on after rushing for 1832 yards and 25 touchdowns this past season for the Mustangs along with 2484 all purpose yards. Joining Brenton at UW as a preferred walk on will be his teammate Ben Acres. He caught 34 balls for 419 yards and 8 TD's this past season.

Kelly Walsh's Joey Geil will be headed to Chadron State in Nebraska. He was a 4A all state selection at 2 positions, linebacker and tight end with 104 tackles on defense this past season for the Trojans. Glenrock's Richard Harris has signed on with Black Hills State in South Dakota. He was an all state offensive lineman for the Herders this past season.

Nic Gindulus of Natrona will be going to Adams State in Colorado and NC's Kristy Dick has signed on with Colorado Christan University. She is a 2 time all state volleyball player for the Fillies.
