A CASPER MAN IS BANNED FROM CARRYING ANY WEAPONS AS A PART OF HIS SENTENCE FROM A GUN INCIDENT LAST SUMMER. The Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody has been renamed to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.
