"Of the people, by the people and for the people." Natrona County Public Library Director, Bill Nelson borrows from Abe Lincoln when describing a proposed new library project and the intentions of the library board. The board made a formal resolution last month that, should voters says yes to the project and an additional penny tax to pay for it,  the money will be spent in state.

"It was actually at the August board meeting of the library board. They passed a motion that said it would be Wyoming Architects and Wyoming contractors. So that's where we stand right now."

The question of funding a new library with a penny tax designated for that purpose, goes before the electorate in November.
