CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — An anti-abortion group says a Wyoming Supreme Court ruling that the group was unconstitutionally barred from gathering in Jackson's town square "strikes a blow for liberty." A state court issued a temporary restraining order barring Operation Save America protesters from the square last May after the city said it feared violence if they came together with Boy Scouts gathering for an auction of elk antlers.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming journalist Dennis E. Curran, who served as press secretary to former Gov. Mike Sullivan, has died in Cheyenne. He was 67. According to the Schrader Funeral Home, Curran died Sunday. Curran retired last year as full-time editor of the Wyoming Business Report. He also worked for The Associated Press in its Cheyenne and Helena, Mont., bureaus.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Shelley Glause of the Better Business Bureau is warning people to be cautious after a New Hampshire man lost $35,000 in an online scam. The man wired the money last month to what he believed was a car dealer in Cheyenne. Investigator Shane Fox of the Wyoming Department of Transportation says the scam originates in the Czech Republic.

ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) — Emergency responders are getting special training in preparation for the National High School Rodeo in Rock Springs in July. The July rodeo is expected to draw 1,500 competitors from across the country. Sweetwater County Sheriff Rich Haskell says the training will include identifying hazardous materials and dealing with chemical agents, biological agents and explosives.
