In the opening race of the chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the victory in the Geico 400 at Chicagoland goes to the Miller Light blue deuce, Brad Keselowski.

Keselowski took the lead from Jimmy Johnson during a round of green flag pit-stops when Keselowski jumped up on to the track in front of the number 48 in turn two, causing Johnson to get out of the throttle.  Keselowski was able to move in to the lead on lap 242 after the rest of the field cycled thru their stops.

Up next is the second race of the chase with the Sylvania 300 in New Hampshire.  The race starts at noon central time and will be televised on ESPN.

Points standings going into the second of the 10 races that make up "the chase"...
