A Casper man has admitted to being in possession of child pornography.

Last August, Casper Police received a tip that Ken Harnden had images of child pornography on his cell phone and had shown them to several people.

When interviewed by officers, Harnden showed the pictures to them, and explained how he was able to download them.

He also admitted to showing the pictures to several people once he obtained them.

Harnden remains free on bond and could face up to ten years in prison.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
