Casper Kelly Walsh head football coach Jim Horne resigned after seven seasons. Horne made the announcement in a Tuesday afternoon press conference at the school. Horne said it was his decision after coaching for the better part of the past 27 years.  He said it was time to step down and spend more time with his family. Horne coached the Trojans to six playoff appearances in his seven years. His overall record was 29-38. The Trojans were 3-7 this year, losing to Sheridan in the quarterfinal playoffs 10-3. Horne will continue to teach at Kelly Walsh High School  as he heads up the Social Studies department.
