A Natrona County man has denied in court that he requested pornographic images of children from a friend.

Twenty-six year-old Jonathon Cummins has pleaded not guilty to three charges of possession of child pornography, two charges of solicitation of first degree sexual abuse of a minor, one charge of conspiracy to commit first degree sexual abuse of a minor, and one charge of conspiracy to commit sexual exploitation of a child.

Investigators say in January, Cummins reported to Natrona County Sheriff's Deputies that he had received child pornography images from Kelly Turner.

She admitted to taking and sending the pictures, because Cummins had requested them.

When questioned, Cummins admitted that he made the requests.

Cummins is free on $15,000 bond awaiting trial.

He could face between 25-to-50 years in prison on each solicitation charge, and 10 years on each child porn possession charge if convicted.

Meanwhile, Turner has pleaded guilty to two counts of  manufacturing, generating, creating and/or distributing child pornography, and one charge of first degree sexual abuse of a minor.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek no more than a 35 year prison sentence.
