KEMMERER, Wyo. (AP) — 23-year-old man accused of killing a Utah train worker in western Wyoming waives right to a preliminary hearing. Dereck James "DJ" Harrison made his initial court appearance Thursday in Kemmerer on Wyoming charges that could carry the death penalty.

A  University of Wyoming Foundation employee has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court against the organization, alleging that she was terminated as retaliation for submitting complaints against her superiors.
