Justin Eberhardt Charged With Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault

Justin Eberhardt
Casper Police Dept.

A Casper man is facing robbery and assault charges following an attempted robbery earlier this year.

Prosecutors believe Justin Eberhardt tried to rob a woman at gunpoint, then attacked her.

In January, the woman arrived at a coworkers house with a bank bag from her place of employment.

Investigators say a man wearing a mask approached her and demanded the money at gunpoint.

Neighbors chased the robber away, and he fled in a vehicle that was later found by police.

According to prosecutors, a search warrant executed on the vehicle and home led to the discovery of the mask and gun.

He remains jailed on twenty-five thousand dollars bond.
