A Casper man is accused of having sexual encounters with an under-aged girl.

Joshua Hulse has pleaded not guilty to two counts of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Investigators with the Casper Police Department say in July, they were contacted by the victim (between 13 and 15 years old), who told them what had happened.

The victim stated she and Hulse had met through an on-line app and had sexual encounters on two occasions.

Police collected biological evidence from one location and are still waiting for results from the Wyoming State Crime Lab.

When interviewed, Hulse said he didn't remember the victim's name or age and that "it was just kind of in the moment thing."

He also gave detectives a description of the encounters, that was similar to the victim's description.

Hulse is free on $25,000 bond awaiting trial, and could face up to 20 years in prison on each charge if convicted.
