A man now admits there's enough evidence to convict him of sexually assaulting a young girl.

Twenty-two year old Jonathan Sowers entered an Alford plea on two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a minor.

Investigators say in early January, Sowers inappropriately touched one of several children he was babysitting.

While it is not an admission of guilt, an Alford plea acknowledges prosecutors have enough evidence for a conviction.

Sowers faces twelve-to-eighteen years in prison when he's sentenced.
