A Casper man will not face any jail time after admitting he stole from his former place of employment.

Joel Bennett was given a three-to-five year suspended prison sentence, with three years of probation, after pleading guilty to one count of burglary, stemming from the theft of a radio and an air compressor from Miracle Plumbing.

Bennett was fired earlier this year, and police say he told them that sometime afterwards, he went back to the business and found the door unlocked and took the items.
