A Casper man now admits that he stole from his former place of employment.

Joel Bennett has pleaded guilty to one count of burglary, stemming from the theft of a radio and an air compressor from Miracle Plumbing.

Bennett was fired earlier this year, and police say he told them that sometime afterwards, he went back to the business and found the door unlocked and took the items.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek no more than a three-to-five year suspended prison sentence, with three years of probation.
