A Casper man has admitted that he touched a minor inappropriately.

Jeremy Morgan has pleaded guilty to two charges of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Casper Police say in October 2015, the then 10 year old victim, told them Morgan was babysitting her and while she was playing a game on a cell phone, Morgan tried numerous times to touch her.

She said she repeatedly pulled his hand away, but he would restart his activities a short time later.

The victim reported the incident to law enforcement one day later.

When interviewed by police, Morgan stated that he "did mess up" and he "cracked."

He is being held on $35,000 bond and will be sentenced at a later date.

He could receive up to 20 years in prison on each charge.
