Jason Sneathen Charged After Throwing Baby and Shoving Family Members

A Casper man has been arrested after police say he assaulted 2 members of his family...including his infant son.

According to a Police affidavit, during the early morning hours on Tuesday (October 11th), Krysten Smith told officers that her husband...Jason Sneathen, was carrying their 6-month old son by just his right forearm, and then threw the child, 6-feet away into a couch.

Mister Sneathen told police he "flopped the baby" onto the couch, because it would not stop crying.

He is also accused of shoving Mrs. Smith and threatening to choke his father-in-law.

Sneathen was arrested and charged with assault and battery and reckless endangerment.
