James Baker Pleads Guilty To Having Sex With A Minor

A Wyoming man has admitted to having sexual intercourse with a teenager.

James Baker changed his plea to guilty on 1 count of 3rd degree sexual assault of a minor.

According to prosecutors, between April and June earlier this year, Baker met up with a 16-year old female in Casper and the 2 had sex on several occasions.

When interviewed by police, Baker admitted what had happened, and knew that the girl was a minor.

As part of a plea agreement, the prosecution agreed to drop 3 other identical charges, and will seek a 6 1/2 to 8 year jail sentence.
