I-80 Reopens In Cheyenne After Tanker Crash
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming State Patrol is investigating a tanker rollover crash that temporarily shut down Interstate 80 in Cheyenne.
A tractor-trailer tanker rolled on its side Monday afternoon as the driver attempted to make a right turn from U.S. Highway 85 onto eastbound I-80. I-80 eastbound had to be closed while crews pumped about 34,000 gallons of butane from the rolled tanker to another one.
The tanker driver was treated and released from the hospital.
