I-25 Fatal Accident On Saturday-Afternoon Update [AUDIO]

The Wyoming Highway Patrol says black ice conditions contributed to a fatal single-vehicle accident on I-25 in Platte County over the weekend. Governor Matt Mead presented his budget to lawmakers on Monday.
