Officials with Casper Fire-EMS say no injuries were reported after a house fire in the 100 block of West 10th Street on Wednesday night.

Casper Fire-EMS spokesperson Jason Parks said firefighters were called to the scene at around 8:30 p.m.

"Units arrived and found a fully-involved front porch of the house," Parks said. "It was a quick knock-down with tank water, and a search of the house revealed no occupants inside - but we did rescue a couple of dogs."

Parks said, initially, 16 personnel were called to the scene to help fight the blaze. Fire officials were assisted by officials with Wyoming Medical Center, the Casper Police Department and the Casper-Natrona County Public Health Department.

Fire officials say the fire is still being investigated. A cause of the blaze has yet to be determined, Parks said.
