The Casper Horseheads collegiate baseball team dropped to 2-3 on the year with a 14-13 loss to the Badlands Big Sticks at Lansing Field. The Horseheads fell behind 10-0 in the game with Badlands putting together a 7 run 5th inning. The Horseheads chipped away and put together a 7 run 8th inning but once again the rally fell short. Casper's Charles Steal went 3-6 with 2 RBI's and 2 runs scored. Brady Van Hook went 3-4 with an RBI and 2 runs scored. Horsehead pitcher Nick Cornelius had a rough outing giving up 7 runs in 4 and 2 thirds innings of work. Casper will be in Spearfish on Friday and will host Spearfish on Saturday and Sunday at Lansing Field.
