Horse Hair Thief Still At Large-Morning Update [AUDIO]

The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office says a wandering horse hair thief that wrecked havoc across rural areas in central Wyoming this past summer remains at large. Officials with Allegiant Air and the Casper/Natrona County International Airport celebrated an important milestone Friday.
