Another horse in Natrona County has fallen victim to a wandering horse tail and mane thief.

The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office says tail hair was cut and taken from a horse off Hanly Street outside of Mills on Thursday. Over 60 incidents pertaining to stolen tail and mane hair have been reported in Natrona County and over 100 incidents have been reported statewide.

Tail and mane thefts have also been reported in Converse County, Sweetwater County and Fremont County. All four sheriff’s offices are asking residents to report suspicious activity.
