Homecoming Games Include Free Chili [AUDIO]

The homecoming celebration at Casper College's Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gymnasium Saturday afternoon and evening costs just a dollar to get in the door, and that includes a serving of chili.  Lisa Icenogle, editor and news coordinator for the college, says the free chili is just the beginning.

Fun with food and prizes:

"In addition to the chili there's going to be some door prizes. They'll have a 50-50 raffle, a student free-throw contest at half time and the students will be able to win cash prizes. And then, they're also going to automatically enter all Casper College students who attend the game into a drawing, and they're going to be giving away two, brand new, 2G Ipod Shuffles."

Ms. Icenogle said, yes, you do have to be a Casper College student to win that Ipod Shuffle, so you might want to bring that Student ID in case your number is called.

One dollar for admission:

"It'll take place at the Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gymnasium this Saturday. The free chili starts getting served at 2:30. Women start their game at 3 o'clock and then the men will take court at 5 o'clock."
